I had an enjoyable stay at Coconut Palms Hotel, where the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were decent, offering comfort for a budget-friendly price, but the breakfast could use some improvements in variety and timeliness. The local entertainment and pool area were standout features of my visit. Overall, it’s a great place for those wanting to explore without spending too much.
We enjoyed our stay at this budget hotel, especially considering the price. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but the furniture was quite basic and could use some updates. We appreciated the delicious food, although there were times when we had to wait a bit for it. The location was excellent for exploring Port Vila on foot. Overall, it's a decent choice for budget-conscious travelers, but it's not luxurious by any means.
I recently stayed at Coconut Palms for a quick weekend getaway and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering good comfort for our needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the dining options were basic and I feel they could enhance the breakfast selection. The grounds, including the pool area, were well-maintained and inviting. For the price we paid, it represented good value, but there's room for improvement in the food department.
The resort features an impressive lap pool that I truly enjoyed, along with a bar and restaurant offering delicious food and coffee. However, the rooms left much to be desired, feeling cramped and lacking basic amenities. While the staff were exceptionally helpful, my experience was marred by noise disturbances and a frustrating pool access issue that arose unexpectedly.
My stay at Coconut Palm Resort started off on a very disappointing note, with a ridiculously tiny room that had no air conditioning. However, after upgrading, things improved slightly. While the new room was more comfortable, the bathroom definitely needed some serious cleaning. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag; breakfast at first wasn’t included as promised, but the meals I had later were quite tasty. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for value for money, but be prepared for a few hiccups.
